You may experience issues within your SnapStream Cloud while AWS works to resolve the underlying issues that are impacting some of the services we utilize. Good News! User authentication, video ingest, and video playback are not impacted at this time. If you experience any issues with your SnapStream please reach out to our support team, https://support.snapstream.com/hc/en-us and we will provide updates on the underlying AWS issues.
